Responsibilities: 
1. Be an expert in the company’s products and applications across end-markets while being vigil of expansion into untapped market applications.
2. Understand the difference in the company’s products vs. competitor’s offerings and provide expert advice on the advantages of the company’s products in specific applications.
3. Perform analysis of complex application needs and develop recommendations in support of customer problems on tungsten carbide or related components application or machining.  Conduct application testing.  
4. Prepare and present progress, status and forecasting reports of assigned area of responsibility. 
5. Maintain expert knowledge on industry trends, training opportunities. Leverage CRM to track activities 
6. Support sales growth in using the company’s products/technology to design and execute cost savings initiatives with customers.
7. Active collaboration with internal customers such as Product Marketing, Mfg., Technology, etc., to ensure information share and goal alignments.
8. Promote E-Commerce to support all customers and their buying habits. 
Requirements:
1. Mechanical Engineering, preferred, Materials Engineering ,especially refractory metals.  
2. Technical/Professional knowledge & skills, creating demand through insight, influencing, planning & organizing, decision making, account planning, active learning, advancing sales discussions, building customer loyalty, building trusting relationships.   
More than 5 years’ experience of precision manufacturing involving of Solid carbide Tungsten carbide, and knowledge on how to help customer fix failure of carbide.
