Responsibilities:
订单处理:国内客户和国外客户订单的日常处理
1.区分国内客户和国外客户订单,正确将订单录入SAP系统
2.与生产计划确认交期并回复客户
3.跟进订单以确保订单准时发货
4.针对国外工厂发货的订单,及时发送客户清关文件
5.跟客户及时沟通订单出现的相关情况
客户投诉处理:
1.协助销售将客户投诉创建在CRM系统里
2.跟相关部门紧密合作跟进投诉并及时处理退换货事宜等
客户维护:
1.在CRM系统里创建新客户帐号
2.协助销售日常的客户维护
3.填写客户要求的相关调查表并及时反馈给客户等
团队合作:
1.客户服务团队日常事务的合作
2.配合公司的内审和外审事务并及时提供相关资料
3. 协助销售完成询价,报价,账款回收,数据提供等日常工作
4. 完成领导交予的其他相关事务
Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历,有国际贸易知识和SAP操作经验为佳
2.英语书写能力良好,口语能沟通
3.良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力,工作认真,细心
4.具有一定的抗压能力
