Responsibilities: 


1.Handle quotation, order, contract from customer on time.
2.Track order in system, ensure on time delivery to customer.
3.Handle customer return and complaint
4.Use call center system to serve customer, meet service level.
5.Create and maintain customer master data in system.
6.Make good record of the business, filing
7.Work with finance team on customer credit control and AR
8.Support salesman the sales data.

 

Requirements:

 

Knowledge of SAP system and Mechanical is preferred.
Good English both oral and written
Skilled in Microsoft Office
