Responsibilities

•    Execute S2MC Metal cutting strategy.
•    Grow KMT Share at S2MC Customers thru one. Retail two. Online e channel  
•    Develop Retail & e channel in China. 
•    Set up e channel Shop. 
•    Execute Retail Channel key actions. 
•    Onboard New Retailers across China, Piloting with identified 3 provinces - Jiangsu Zhejiang Guangdong 
•    Responsible for day-to-day Commercial activities for Retail & Digital channel 
•    Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Manufacturing & Territory commercial team. 
•    Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team for Branding, Promotions.
•    Manage the day-to-day interaction with the Retailers & e commerce partner. 
•    Daily / Monthly Orders & Sales generation thru New channels – Retail + e channel 
•    Foster an environment which stimulates open communication, creativity, imagination and creates a team spirit that solves problems and builds the Retail & e channel business.

 

Requirements:

•    Sales & Channel management 
•    Experience in Channel Sales Development (Industrial consumables / Abrasives / FMCG Industry)
•    Understanding of Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing 
•    Product Knowledge, Critical thinking, Problem solving. 
•    Active listening, communication,
