工作内容

按岗位标准化操作流程，按质、按量地完成本岗位的生产任务。
按厂区、岗位安全规则作业，确保无安全事故，能按工厂要求每财年完成2个Find&Fix。
按5S标准，确保负责区域5S符合标准。
知道本岗位的设备原理，能简单排查本岗位的设备故障，知道自主维护概念，并能使用润滑技能，对本岗位的设备进行润滑自主维护。
能识别本岗位的不合格品，并能按不合格品处理流程进行处理。
要求：

初中及以上学历毕业。
工作主动性强，做事认真细致。
具备一定的沟通协调能力，和较强的团队协作精神。
有制造业车间相关工作经验者优先
