Customer Service Representative - Sales

 

Job Description

 

  • Working according to the company's procedures in cooperation with internal and field sales team (customers).
  • Receiving orders in the system, production tracking (in SAP), and supporting the sales team. 
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Education, experience and special requirements

 

  • Previous experience (min. 3 years) working in customer service/sales and working with a computer is a must
  • Knowledge of SAP systems, Outlook, CRM and Excel is an advantage.
  • Intermediate English knowledge
