Kennametal Singapore is currently looking for a dynamic Senior Analyst, Sales Operations – Asia who will work closely with the administrators in the region.



  • Bachelor's degree in any field. Diploma holder comes with strong work experience will also be considered
  • 5 years & above experience in a high-intensity environment
  • Experience in engineering/manufacturing industries will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail and meet deadlines are needed
  • Able to multitask and solve problems quickly; process-driven  
  • Great interpersonal skills and able to work with ambiguity
  • Proficient with basic computer software and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience or knowledge in SAP, CRM, Power BI will be an advantage
  • Eligible to work in Singapore



• Helps drive sales growth by identifying areas for expansion and improvement.
• Analyzing key metrics; coordinating with sales, accounting and marketing teams to develop and implement solutions;
• Coordinating with regional sales teams to ensure sales goals are met in a timely fashion and in compliance with best practices and relevant regulations.
• Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for products.
• Create reports based on their analysis of sales data and present that data to others in their organization, including management
• Working with Asia Sales Leaders regarding sales forecasting and planning.
• Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis, policy execution, and negotiation with managers.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to understand quotas, distributor, and/or sales rep performance and competitor impact.
• Liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties.
• Providing Training to internal stakeholders regarding the Sales tools and process
