Job Title: Assembly Technician

Shift: 1st

Hiring Manager:

Location: Solon, Ohio


Assembly technician responsibilities include assembling different components or parts of semi-finished or finished goods, to deliver a product which is ready to be sold. The product lines would include but not limited to Pre-tuned bars, Spring Packs, Spindle bodies & Crankshaft assemblies.




  • Mechanically incline, able to problem solve, and eager to learn manufacturing of products.
  • Comfortable with a computer and capable to learn new software.
  • Capable of following a procedure from beginning to end to achieve the desired result.
  • With practice, the technician should be able to problem solve when the desired outcome is not achieved, i.e. adjusting the tune on a pre-tuned bar that is out of specification.
  • Work in conjunction with the Quality department, engineering staff and designers.
  • Attention to detail is important as well as communicating technical difficulties with the overseeing engineer. 



  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years’ experience in machining, grinding, or some type of mechanical trade.
  • Vocational or technical training is a plus.
  • Ability to use electronic and pneumatic tooling
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow routers
  • Ability to read and understand operating procedures
  • Ability to perform basic shop math
