  • Develops annual sales plan for cutting tools Business for Taiwan Region of Greater China
  • Be accountable for delivering the topline sales target 
  • Be accountable for achieving the bottom line by managing margin, price and commercial expense.
  • Build strong relations with distributors and end customers, to development long term relationship with key distributors, and key customers. 
  • Drive the commercial team, including Sales Engineer to build the solid pipeline and build up the regular review mechanism.  
  • Proactively and accurately manage opportunity/pipeline data in CRM application and forecast accurately
  • Gathering, analyzing and regularly sharing the market and competitors information, news and trends with sales engineer and application engineer
  • Leveraging the resource with Distribution Sales teams to achievement more opportunity.
  • Partner with the product, technology and manufacturing team to ensure a smooth and successful product , component  promotion into market 
  • Build strong commercial team and manage team member’s performance and develop team capability



  • Bachelor degree major in mechanical and MBA is a preferred
  • Minimal 5 year experience in including metal cutting, 
  • 5 years of relevant sales experience and 3 years management experience 
  • Command of written and spoken English language. 
  • Strong communications skills
  • An expansive network that includes potential target customers and (channel implementation) partners
