Responsibility：

This position is in charge of operations of drill products. 

This person will be responsible for manpower, EHS, quality, lead time, on time delivery. Cost and new projects.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in mechanics or related major.

2.Over 8 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.

3.Over 3 years of management experience.

4.Lean manufacturing experience/project management experience is preferred.

5.Strong leadership, good presentation skill, good communication skill

6.Good command of English
