This person will directly report to the Customer Experience Manager and will manage Senior Customer Experience Representative and Customer Experience Representative. S/he will interact to both internal and external stakeholders in a country level geographical scope.

S/he is responsible for the day to day operations of a group of CER's. Responsible for CER’s job training, the quality and metrics of the group, customer satisfaction and employee development.

In additional to these responsibilities work as detail on the CER position.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the work load of the group, manage the availability of the team to make sure all the task can be finished within time line.
  • Train team member, execute the policy and procedure.
  • Prepare standard report, assist in the complex analysis and project.
  • Serve customer in all the details as a CER position.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate
  • 5-8 years relevant experience
  • Preferred SAP knowledge on SD, Mechanical, finance knowledge
  • Possess good communication skills
