1.大专及以上学历，机械自动化相关专业；
2. 了解TPM、LEAN、OEE等管理工具。
3.从事设备维修工作5年及以上，熟悉高低压电气设备和自动化设备；
4.熟练掌握Office、CAD等软件；
5.精通西门子、台达或三菱PLC系统；
6.具备较高设备故障的分析和处理能力；
