Manager / Sr. Manager - Export

 

 

Job Summary

 

  • Direct Marketing and Field Sales initiatives for Export of MSG Products (SPM Vertical Turning Machines, Fixture Tooling solutions for Machining Centre CNC Tool Grinder Machines manufactured at Bangalore). 
  • Business Development for MSG products for Export purpose 
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Engg, at HO for timely submission of quotation. Interface between Customer and Sales Engg. 
  • Techno -commercial discussion with customer and order finalisation.
  • Lead and act for customer Satisfaction.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

 

  • To Achieve / Exceed Allotted order Target from the Export Market for MSG products and have YOY Growth 
  • Maintain customer Satisfaction.
  • Supply payment & Advance payment collection within Specified timelines.
  • Distributor identification and management (Establish & maintain Channel Partner for MSG products in Identified country)

 

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates 

 

  • Bachelors

 

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 10-15 Years

 

 

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills: 

 

  • BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics /Prod. Engg)/ DME*
  • Overall experience for Degree holder in Metal cutting Machine Tool field & at least last 3 years in Field Sales /Pre – Sales experience
  • Strong ability to understand customer's issues and to tackle problems independently. Comfortable with taking responsibility and to meet with customer expectation.
  • Tech-commercial business Acumen.
  • Candidate having experience of Exporting Machine Tool products from India will be preferred.

(Engg. Degree should be direct degree from Regular Engg. College instead of part time from certain Low profile Engg. College.)
(MBA / Diploma in Sales / Diploma in Marketing will be preferred.)

 

*(Candidate having MBA Reputed Institute:   1-year relaxation in Experience while for DME – 3 years Additional experience is required)
(Candidate with knowledge of Machining centers/Special Purpose Machines, manufacturing needs of automobiles or engineering industry, ability to interact with customers regarding machine configuration tooling/fixture selection, etc. are preferred)
 

Required Licenses & Certificates:

 

Driver’s License, Indian valid passport , Engineering Certification and preferably with MBA
