Production Analyst - Accounting/Sourcing


Summary: Manufacturing facility technical/administrative/sourcing/accounting support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinates all activities related to requisitioning of MRO and AFE items, and facility services per requests from local associates.
  • Fields vendor calls for local invoicing issues and addresses those issues to insure proper processing of invoices.
  • Reviews and corrects blocked SAP purchase orders and invoices Monitors monthly spends for MRO items and recommends stocking levels to local partners Point of contact for local services such as uniform services, shredding, data storage, printer maintenance, etc.
  • Assist production planners and customer service representatives as needed Assist facility management as needed.
  • Plans/schedules facility social events/celebrations. Assists with local fundraising events, plant meetings and customer visits.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree from two-year college or university preferred; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors or employees of organization.


Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic math. Strong accounting skills preferred.


Computer/Technical Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of SAP desirable. Certificates and Licenses: No certifications required
