Develop the Market for Widma  in China and adjacent markets. This should support Widma Export strategy to identify the market within various sectors for the Widma products and develop the market by identifying the distributors and developing the network locally. Create the Brand awareness for Widma in the target markets for the identified product families through various channels such as trade shows, website and the digital marketing etc.  Understand the market demands and the needs and interface with the HQ to provide the necessary structure in the region to provide the exponential growth. 

 

Responsibilities:

1.    Sales revenue growth YOY for the Ecogrind machines and the Sales Margin growth
2.    Market  identification and Penetration for the new products such as Deep Hole Drillling m/cs, Vertical TurnMIlls etc
3.    Distributor identification and management
4.    Team development in line with the business needs
5.    Establishing strong customer connect in the region and provide timely feedback to HO on their needs
 

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering and Marketing preferred. 
2.    10-15 years relavant working expereince. 
3.    Driver’s License, Engineering Certification and preferably with MBA
4.    Fluent English
