Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide deep product or application training on wear solution, like extrusion, punching, milling processing etc to sales team, distributors, end user customers, especially for find new area. Portfolio scope - cover all EWC portfolio for wear application market, including all different kinds of wear, such as die plant ,nozzle etc 
2. Prepare Value proposition package material for Engineering wear components products offering.  Driving product solution development for customers by working closely with technology, mfg and Marketing managers.
3. Assist sales team for technical seminar and bidding documents.
4. Communication with US or global experts for product update.
5. Translation of product material, training material for local sales team.
6. Market study: holistic market intelligence feedback and competitor analysis, solution offered. 
7. Identify new customers and develop strong pipeline. Business development – develop new business / customer for New EWC market segment and win the first order and proven the solution.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Material Sciences with a strong technical background. Master or proficiency with tungsten carbide products considered a strong advantage.
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience.
3. Experience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle a plus.
4. Strong ability to successfully lead cross-functional project teams.
5. Demonstrated high level competency in written and verbal communications in English.
6. Problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
