Content Analyst, Website Marketing & Optimization

About the Role:

 As a Content Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your work will directly impact the overall company vision and contribute to our digital transformation efforts. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to best practices, and ensure a seamless user experience across our website.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Web Page Creation:
    • Develop web pages and components in AEM based on provided designs and wireframes.
    • Ensure content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketers, designers, developers, copywriters, and business leads.
    • Define and plan consumer-centric digital experiences and campaigns within AEM.
  • Analysis and Recommendations:
    • Provide insights throughout major content publishing and campaigns.
    • Evaluate success metrics and milestones to make informed recommendations.
  • Responsive Web Design:
    • Apply responsive design principles to enhance user interaction and readability.
    • Optimize content for various screen sizes and devices.
  • Reusable Components and Templates:
    • Implement reusable components, templates, and experience fragments.
    • Maintain consistency and quality across the entire website.
  • Mentoring and Best Practices:
    • Assist team members by sharing AEM best practices.
    • Uphold content standards and guidelines.
  • Documentation:
    • Create clear authoring instructions and guidelines for content creation.
    • Document processes and best practices.
  • Browser Compatibility:
    • Identify and troubleshoot browser/platform compatibility issues.
    • Document standards and ensure a seamless experience for all users.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
    • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and other strategies.
  • Digital Asset Management: Ensure digital assets are properly stored and tagged in the DAM.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years experience in content authoring or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SAP Smart Edit or similar content management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with International, multi-language websites
  • Experience working in agile environment preferred
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C audiences preferred
