EMERGE is Kennametal’s international trainee program for graduates aiming for leadership roles or demanding specialist positions in technical or commercial fields. Over the course of 24 months, you'll gain deep insights into various departments, work on strategic projects, and build a strong network – both nationally and internationally. This is your launchpad to take responsibility, drive change, and grow.
