Job Description for the position for Executive-- Electrical

Education Qualification:

1.           B.E/Diploma. in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics with 3-8 years of experience in machine tools industry/Automation Industry.

Knowledge and of experience:

• Working knowledge and exposure to CNC machine tool with Fanuc/Siemens, and PLCs

• Thorough Knowledge on Electrical hardware for automation/CNC machines like CNC systems, Electrical switchgears, Etc

• Should have knowledge about inventory management of Electrical items

• Basic understanding of Mechanical drawings, like Machine Layout, cabinet layout, etc

• Thorough understanding of Electrical wiring as per industry standards.

• Exposure to SAP- ERP system will be a added advantage

• Good communication and analytical skills – since he/she will be interacting with vendors/customers.

Job Responsibility:

• To Manage Electrical Hardware wiring of the machines.
• Follow up of electrical items.
• To ensure day-to-day operations of Electrical assembly /interfacing of machines, including resource allocation and workflow management to meet the production targets.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all manufacturing personnel. Implement safety protocols.
• Plans and manages the overall production activities of Electrical department with compliance to safety standards
