Responsibilities:

• Provide technical service to target customers and Distributors:    
  • Complex trouble shooting at customer site. 
  • Tool testing for target accounts as required and complete testing report.
  • Technical training and instruction to customer.   
  • Optimization for tooling application and process.       
• Provide timely customer feedback and market information to Managers and the team.  
• Work with Service Manager to complete change cutter of production line. 
• Support project/machine runoff (交机) as required.       

Qualification：    

• Bachelor degree above in mechanicals.    
• Above 3 years technical working experiences in mechanical industry.  
• Good communication skills and problem solving skill.    
• English capability in reading and writing is preferred.    
• Integrity, accountable and customer oriented. 
• A professional and responsible team player    
• Have strong executive ability

  • 客户现场解决问题
  • 客户现场提供刀具测试以及完成测试报告
  • 伟客户提供技术指导以及培训
  • 优化刀具应用
• 向团队以及经理及时汇报客户反馈以及市场信息
• 参与现场产线换刀
• 支持交机

要求：

• 本科以上学历，机械相关专业背景
• 3年以上机械加工技术背景
• 沟通良好，有团队合作精神，执行力强，擅长发现并解决问题
